RETURN POLICY

RETURN TERMS: All sales are guaranteed against defect and, unless advertised differently, may be returned within 14 days.  If an item is defective, contact us immediately and we will replace it.  In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued.

Our candles are hand-made to order.  As with all hand-made products, colors may vary.  For absolute color matching, a fabric or paper swatch must be provided to us in advance.  Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.

Buyer specific terms are:

• Returned product must be received by us within 14 days of initial delivery, with its original packaging and bill of sale.

• Returned items must be unused.  We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.

• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

• Short-shipments and incorrect product fulfillment must be reported within 4 business days of initial delivery date.

• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• If returned item(s) offered "free" or "included" shipping at time of purchase, the refund amount shall be the purchase price minus shipping expenses incurred by Wicked Scents Candle Company during initial delivery of product.

RETURN PROCEDURES: Please send returns back to us insured for the full purchase value and using a traceable shipping means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)  Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.  Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original bill of sale and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RMA number and our shipping address for your return, please email returns@wscandles.com.  All RMA numbers are valid until the 14th day from the initial delivery date.  Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.
